Questions Diary

Who broke you the most in your life? How do you feel about it now?

Society as a whole- making girls feel like they have to look a certain way, have a certain weight, behave in the “usual” girl way. And is funny how I still follow what society says even tho I know that I should love myself for who I am- society just makes you feel like “yourself” isn’t the best “self”.

I’ve found this cool app called “Questions Diary” and it basically asks you one question, every day. And it asks you the same question the next year so you can see how your answers have changed. Give this app a go, and don’t be afraid to tell me how you feel about it.

P.S. I’m so sorry I haven’t been up to date with all your guys’ amazing writing, poetry, and posts. Please forgive me- I’ve been so busy. ❣

  1. Even if someone doesn’t have an app, this is an excellent thing to try as an exercise! It’s great for personal growth and inspiration, and you can space the questions out as you want/need them.
For example, an annual question might be “Would you consider yourself an optimist/pessimist/or somewhere in between?”
A weekly exercise/question for inspiration could be much simpler like “Write a list of words that come to mind when you read the phrase ‘Love at first sight’. Even something as simple as “What’s the first thing you noticed when you woke up Monday morning?” could be a good way to start looking at things differently.
    Thank you for this post!

      1. Of course! I didn’t realize my examples were in the app haha, but that goes to show how simple the ideas can be! Keep up the good work!

      2. I don’t give with the expectation to receive. I just hope I can help. Thank you for all of your support! If you’d ever like to be a writing partner, that offer is still wide open!

  2. I think you only begin to thrive in society, and become at your most beautiful when you do something purely for you. As soon as you begin to become comfortable within yourself and express yourself you begin to feel more strong, and to me that is beauty. And people will look up to you for it- because being yourself is inspiring. xx
