Missing You

I miss the boy whose smile lit up the world,
Whose hair shone golden underneath the competing sun.
I miss the way my heart would flutter every time you walk past,
My mind going crazy
And legs shaking.
I miss the feelings I get just to see you everyday,
And all I want is to stop missing you.

  1. Oh how beautifully sad. I hope it isn’t something you’re going through. (A small grammatical error you’d like to correct. It’ll be whose* in both places)
    I loved it!
Also, I nominated you for the Unique Blogger Award for all your lovely poems and the love for Poetry!
I’m really anticipating your answers on the three questions, however, won’t force you to do it. πŸ™‚ Happy weekend!

    2. I can’t seem to comment on your post so I’m going to say that…
As someone who has looked up to you as a writer, I’ve been so happy for someone like you to say such nice things. Thank you again! πŸ’™

      1. I was taking some medicine for a condition I have that flared up because of some environmental factors. I don’t think my body like medicine but I was taking steroids which I hate and benadryl. I stopped taking the steroids bc they made me feel horrible and I took a benadryl earlier which also made me feel horrible. I’m two seconds away from giving up on all man-made medicine all together.
